Welcome to Indie-Patterns. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Indie-Patterns website (https://indie-patterns.com/) and purchase of digital products offered by INDIE DIY LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing our website, browsing our pattern catalog, or purchasing any digital products (single sewing patterns or the Whole Shop Lifetime Access Bundle), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our website.

1. Business & Entity Information

Indie-Patterns is a digital design platform owned and operated by INDIE DIY LLC, a registered Limited Liability Company. All commercial transactions, product fulfillment, customer support, and billing are operated under INDIE DIY LLC.

2. Digital Goods & Instant Delivery

All products sold on Indie-Patterns are digital PDF files (printable sewing patterns, layered PDFs, instruction manuals, and digital booklets). We do not ship physical paper patterns or physical garments.

  • Fulfillment Method: Upon completing checkout, download access links are immediately provided on the order confirmation screen and sent directly to the email address provided during checkout.
  • File Formats: Downloads include layered A4/US Letter PDFs (home print), full-scale A0 copyshop PDFs, and illustrated step-by-step assembly guides.
  • Whole Shop Bundle: Whole Shop Lifetime Access Bundle customers ($49.00) receive instant access to our master cloud library folder containing 550+ sewing patterns and all future pattern additions.

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices listed on Indie-Patterns are in United States Dollars ($ USD). Prices are subject to change without notice, but price changes will not affect orders already completed.

  • Single Sewing Patterns: $3.99 USD each.
  • Promo Offer: 25% OFF when purchasing 3 or more single patterns.
  • Whole Shop Lifetime Bundle: $49.00 USD (one-time payment, lifetime access).

4. License & Intellectual Property

When you purchase a pattern from Indie-Patterns (INDIE DIY LLC), you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, print, and use the sewing patterns for personal garment making.

  • Permitted Use: You may print the patterns for your personal home sewing projects or small-scale handmade garments.
  • Prohibited Use: You may not resell, share, redistribute, sub-license, alter for commercial resale, or reupload the digital PDF files or instruction guides to any public cloud folder, marketplace, or file-sharing site.
  • Copyright: All pattern illustrations, line art, instruction guides, branding, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of INDIE DIY LLC.

5. Payment Processing & Security

We process payments securely through certified third-party payment gateways, including Stripe and PayPal.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • INDIE DIY LLC does not collect, store, or process raw credit card numbers on our servers. All payment transactions are encrypted via TLS/SSL directly by our payment processor (Stripe/PayPal).

6. Refund & Satisfaction Policy

7. Account Responsibility

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, INDIE DIY LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital files, website, or pattern instruction guides.
