To successfully process your digital downloads and maintain your member account, we collect the following information:

• Contact Information: Your full name and email address provided during checkout or registration.
• Order & Purchase Records: Details regarding the bundle or products purchased, transactions dates, and lifetime download logs.
• Payment Data: All financial transactions are processed securely via industry-standard, encrypted third-party processors (such as Stripe or PayPal). We do not store or have access to your raw credit card numbers or payment credentials.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to provide and support our digital products, specifically to:

• Deliver order confirmations, lifetime credentials, and secure download links.
• Add and synchronize new pattern updates to your member Google Drive folder/member archive automatically each month.
• Respond to customer support tickets, sizing queries, or printing questions.
• Send periodic email updates regarding new pattern releases and exclusive member offers (you may opt out at any time).

3. Digital Delivery & Security

Because our patterns are delivered electronically (via PDF files, copyshop sheets, and Google Drive directories), keeping your account access secure is a top priority. We use secure servers, firewalls, and encrypted SSL connections to protect your account info. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies to analyze web traffic, remember your preferences, and maintain checkout session details. You can choose to disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may limit your ability to place orders or navigate the library search panel smoothly.

We measure visits with Google Analytics. If you choose "Accept All" in our cookie banner, Google Analytics sets its cookies and the Meta Pixel is loaded. If you choose "Essential Only", or before you choose, no analytics or advertising cookies are set and the Meta Pixel is not loaded: Google Analytics only receives anonymous, cookieless signals (for example that a page was viewed) that cannot identify you. Email addresses are removed from page addresses before any measurement. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Free patterns and emails: when you ask for the free patterns, we keep your email address to send you the link to the free patterns and then sewing tips, new patterns and offers from Indie-Patterns (about once a week). These emails are sent through our email provider, Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France). Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to delete your address at any time from our contact page.

5. Your Rights & Control

As a member of Indie-Patterns, you retain full rights over your data. You may request to review, update, or completely delete your customer record and account access at any time by contacting our support team at admin@indie-patterns.com.
