Description
Bib Overall Playsuit
The Romper is a relaxed bib playsuit cut with plenty of room in it, an easy one-piece that works as hard as you do and still looks considered.
A straight, square bib sits across the chest, carried on wide shoulder straps for a comfortable, unfussy fit. Nothing is shaped at the waist: the body runs straight from the bib into a short, full leg, and the hems turn back in deep folds that add weight at the bottom of the leg so it hangs cleanly.
Made up in cotton, linen, corduroy or denim, it creases the way washed cloth is meant to, and over a t-shirt the whole thing reads as easy summer layering.

How to print it
Open the file in Adobe Reader
Use the A4 or US Letter file. Adobe Reader is free, and it is the only reader that handles the size layers correctly.
Switch off the sizes you don't need
Open the layers panel on the left and leave only your size visible. You will use far less paper and ink, and the pieces are easier to cut.
Set scaling to 100%
Choose Actual Size, and make sure Fit to Page or Shrink to Fit is switched off. This is what keeps the pattern true to size.
Print page one and measure the test square
If the square measures correctly, your settings are right. If not, check the scaling and print page one again before going further.
Print the remaining pages and assemble
Line up the registration marks, tape the sheets together, and follow the assembly diagram that came with your files.
Prefer a copy shop? Use the A0 file
Hand over the A0 file and ask for 100% scale with no tiling. One sheet, no taping, nothing to assemble.
What you are buying
