Description
Cross-Halter Rib Crop
The Halter Top is a ribbed knit crop held up by straps that cross at the front and tie behind your neck.
The straps rise from the bodice, cross over the chest and fasten at the nape, so you set the height of the neckline yourself. The body sits close through the ribs and stops short, with the rib running round you to keep the fit snug.
A ribbed knit with good stretch is what this is cut for, holding the shape close against you without pulling.

How to print it
Open the file in Adobe Reader
Use the A4 or US Letter file. Adobe Reader is free, and it is the only reader that handles the size layers correctly.
Switch off the sizes you don't need
Open the layers panel on the left and leave only your size visible. You will use far less paper and ink, and the pieces are easier to cut.
Set scaling to 100%
Choose Actual Size, and make sure Fit to Page or Shrink to Fit is switched off. This is what keeps the pattern true to size.
Print page one and measure the test square
If the square measures correctly, your settings are right. If not, check the scaling and print page one again before going further.
Print the remaining pages and assemble
Line up the registration marks, tape the sheets together, and follow the assembly diagram that came with your files.
Prefer a copy shop? Use the A0 file
Hand over the A0 file and ask for 100% scale with no tiling. One sheet, no taping, nothing to assemble.
